Life has a way of changing us. Sometimes those changes are joyful, sometimes heartbreaking, and often they’re both at the same time.

Whether you’re preparing to welcome a baby, navigating postpartum anxiety or depression, adjusting to parenthood, balancing the demands of work and family, facing a transition in life, or entering a new season like perimenopause, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

As a licensed clinical social worker with experience in both clinical mental health and public education, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted - without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, make sense of overwhelming feelings, and work toward meaningful change.

Healing doesn’t happen because someone tells you what to do. It happens when you feel safe enough to explore your story and discover what’s possible for the chapters ahead.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me reading a book, working out, or spending time with my family.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

  • Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International

My Approach

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all person.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs, personality, and goals. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and EMDR-informed interventions when they’re the right fit.

Some clients are looking for practical strategies that they can begin using right away. Others need space to process difficult experiences, understand patterns, or reconnect with themselves during a season of change. Most people need a combination of both.

My role isn’t to fit you into a particular therapy model - it’s to partner with you in finding an approach that helps you move toward the life you want to live.

Every story deserves to be heard. I specialize in perinatal mental health, women’s mental health, and life’s many transitions. I also have experience within the military community, as both a service member and a military spouse, so if you are looking for someone who understands the culture and/or acronyms, you found me! I welcome clients of all genders, identities, and family structures who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based care.
