  • 53-minute sessions focused on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Areas of support include anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, perinatal and reproductive mental health, birth trauma, perimenopause and menopause, young adulthood, and caregiver or professional stress.

Private Pay

  • Initial Intake Sessions: $185

  • Ongoing Sessions: $160

Superbills are available for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: $75

No-Show: $100
